Shipping is completely free! We'll cover it ourselves.

We'll ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are generally delivered within 4-9 business days .

Please note: Our products are custom-made once an order is placed. Therefore, delivery takes a little longer. By making products to order instead of in large quantities, we reduce overproduction. We also ship our products via standard shipping, ensuring they are delivered via the most sustainable method.

Is there something wrong with your order that requires a return? We're very sorry to hear that!

Send an email (including a photo) to info@sheepoftheshepherd.nl within 30 days of receipt, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution! We'll always fully refund any damaged items or printing errors, including return shipping.

Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a different size if the product doesn't fit. Because our products are custom-made after an order is placed, we cannot offer exchanges. If in doubt, we recommend checking the size chart on the product page before placing an order to ensure you choose the correct size.

Exception: Our procedure, as described above, falls under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal in the EU. Of course, we are always willing to work with you to find a suitable solution should any problems arise.
